Build Now Pay Later Plan
Currently, Vastana has it's Build Now Pay Later Plan wherein we will build your dream house, customized to your specifications and design. This promo is for lot owners only. Initially, we will require P200,000 only and the balance will be paid over a period of 12 months at zero interest rate.
Customized House means that clients can suggest the design, floor plans, number of rooms, toilet & bath and materials to be used in their dream house, based on their desires, tastes and specifications.
Construction of the house normally takes 5 to 6 months, depending on the type of house, floor area, specifications and terrain of the land for development.
