For Titled Lots

 

1. Commitment Fee is only P200,000.

2. This is subject to the qualification or assessment of the residential lot and the borrower.

3. The registered lot should preferably be free and clean from any encumbrances.

4. The lot should be accessible and has right-of-way.

5. Terms of Payment can either be Cash, Progress Billing, Bank Financing or In-House Financing.

6. Vastana’s In-House Financing can be paid over a period of 12 months at zero-interest rate.

 

 

For Untitled Lots

 

1. Commitment Fee is only P200,000.

2. This is subject to the qualification or assessment of the residential lot and the borrower.

3. The lot should be accessible and has right-of-way.

4. Terms of Payment can either be Cash, Progress Billing or In-House Financing.

5. Bank Financing is not available for Untitled Lots because they require Titled Lots only as collateral.

6. Vastana’s In-House Financing can be paid over a period of 12 months.
