What is a House & Lot Package?

 

A House and Lot Package is a package wherein the client selects a lot on his preferred location from our listings and a customized house is built based on his preferences, needs, wants, budget, financial capacity and loan eligibility.

 

The package includes:

 

1. Lot Purchase

2. House Design and Construction including procurement of  all necessary permits to construct the house.

3. Assistance on preparation of requirements and documents in acquiring bank loan.

4. Assistance on acquiring city services like electricity and water.

5. Assistance on documentations and preparation of other paper works.

 

The package DOES NOT include:

 

1. Expenses for the acquisition of loan (as this is the source of their payment to us).

2. Expenses for the transfer of title in their name.

3. Fees for the application of basic city services like electricity and water.

4. Tree cutting permit and actual expenses on the cutting of trees, if needed.

5. Site development like riprapping, earth moving, fencing, concreting of roads, concreting of any portion of the lot, construction of garage and  lanai, additional construction of stilt. However, these can be included in the agreement with prior arrangement.
